The Victims' Rights Foundation is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) Montgomery County, Maryland based volunteer group that performs three important services on behalf of victims and their families in the Washington, DC metropolitan area:

• Holds prayer vigils to comfort families immediately after violent attacks;
• Raises money for rewards to assist law enforcement;
• Comforts families throughout court proceedings that often take place one or two years after the culprit has been apprehended.
